I took my car in to have the tires rotated & balanced at the Firestone in Atascocita. After several attempts and several hours of waiting the manager Jay tells me that my rims are bent and that is why they could not balance the tires correctly the last three attempts that they had tried. Luckily, I had a feeling that they were clueless so I took my vehicle to the Firestone in Kingwood and they balanced my tires with no problem. They also carefully checked my tires and discovered that my rims were in perfectly good condition. On the upside I did go back to the Atascocita dealership and got my money back on the lifetime balancing that I paid for because I was not taking my car back there. On the downside, Atascocita Firestone will sell you the lifetime balancing but they do not tell you that no other dealer recognizes the program that they sell you. So you have to take it to them or pay for balancing somewhere else if you want it done right.

I was told that I would be able to get an oil change within 45 minutes. I walked around the local mall for about an hour and sat in the loby for about 20 minutes. My car still had not been moved so I left. They called me back and asked me why I left before I got my oil changed?? Ya think!

I went to a firestone on green valley road across from the restraunt the purlple place. I went for a tie rod replacement, but they checked my oil and belts even though i didn't ask them to. They claimed I was OUT of oil. I let them replace my oil anyway. and said no to the belts. But later when I tried to change my oil, I found they had tightened the bolt so tight it was impossible to get out. I had to take it to another auto shop where they had to chizzel the thing out. I'm never going there again, they take advantage of their customers at every chance they get, and they can't even do a simple oil change. My oil pan is made of aluminum! they should have known better! Never go there! they are not trustworthy or competent people.

On three consecutive visits for oil changes, they forgot to replace the cover on the underside of my car. Two of the three times I returned to get it back, they put it on incorrectly.
